At this time, we ship throughout the United States and to select countries.Ā
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sense4Scents is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
We typically take 1-3 business days for the handling & processing of your order before shipping. For international orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing. Please note that shipping transit time is in addition to our processing time. How quickly the order arrives after shipment depends upon the delivery method selected as well as the distance from our location to you.
Please allow extra time during busier seasons as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance or naturalĀ disasters may cause further postal delays.Ā
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost or delayed?
Please contact the USPS and provide the tracking number you received in order to check the status. A package or delivery is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days.Ā
However, if your order is deemed lost in transit by the USPS, we have you covered as our shipments are insured. Please contact us, we will follow up with the USPS, and then proceed accordingly.
